Holistic Health: Nurturing Well-Being and Harmony with Nature
During this session with students, we explored the concept of a healthy lifestyle, emphasizing that it encompasses not only physical well-being but also mental and spiritual well-being. This activity was part of the Erasmus project “Healthy Bodies in the Healthy Planet“(HB+HP) and its members actively participated in the discussions and tasks. Together, we reflected on what is essential for maintaining good health, highlighting the importance of physical activity, healthy nutrition, a proper rest routine, and stress management through practices such as meditation and breathing exercises.
Particular emphasis was placed on the role of healthy nutrition in supporting overall well-being. We discussed how a balanced diet provides the necessary energy and nutrients for the body, contributing to stronger immunity and better mental focus. Equally important was the focus on stress management, as uncontrolled stress can negatively impact both physical and mental health. Students were encouraged to consider relaxation techniques, mindfulness, and spending time in nature as ways to achieve inner balance.
Physical activity was another key topic, with discussions on how regular exercise not only enhances physical fitness but also promotes emotional well-being, helping to reduce anxiety and improve mood. Moreover, we connected the idea of a healthy lifestyle with harmony with nature, emphasizing that spending time outdoors, appreciating the natural world, and living sustainably contribute to both individual and environmental health.
Working in teams, the students researched these core areas of a healthy lifestyle, using their findings to create informative and visually engaging posters. They then presented their work to their classmates, fostering a collaborative learning environment. This activity also encouraged personal reflection. Each student considered whether they currently follow healthy lifestyle recommendations and identified changes they could make in their daily lives to improve their well-being.
By integrating the principles of health, balance, and sustainability, this session aimed to inspire students to view a healthy lifestyle as a holistic approach to living—one that benefits not only themselves but also the world around them.

Creativity and Collaboration Shine in the Erasmus+ Project "Healthy Bodies in a Healthy Planet" Logo Contest
As part of the Erasmus+ project "Healthy Bodies in a Healthy Planet," students participated in a logo design contest aimed at visually representing the project’s core themes. The challenge was to create a logo that reflects the four key subtopics of our Erasmus accreditation: a healthy lifestyle, physical activity, harmony with nature, and good psychological well-being.
Additionally, the students were encouraged to incorporate symbols of the partner countries, Italy and Spain, along with the project’s abbreviation. This not only fostered creativity but also strengthened the sense of international cooperation and cultural awareness.
The competition brought out the best in artistic expression and teamwork. Each student put thought and effort into designing a logo that captured the essence of the project, making the selection process a difficult one. In the end, Martynas' logo was chosen as the winning design, but the real victory belonged to all participants—as creativity, collaboration, and friendship triumphed above all.
This activity was more than just an art competition; it was a way for students to engage deeply with the project's themes, strengthen their connection to international peers, and visually express their commitment to health, nature, and well-being. Through their designs, they became ambassadors of the project’s values, proving that Erasmus+ is not just about mobility but also about unity, creativity, and shared goals.

Harnessing the Power of Nature. Members of Erasmus+ Project "Healthy Bodies in a Healthy Planet" Explore Renewable Energy
As part of the Erasmus+ project "Healthy Bodies in a Healthy Planet," students engaged in hands-on activities to explore the power of renewable energy. Working in groups, they built wind turbines and solar-powered bugs, gaining practical experience with sustainable technologies.
The focus of these activities was to highlight the importance of renewable energy sources, such as wind and solar power, which offer a zero-carbon footprint and a sustainable alternative to fossil fuels. Students discussed how transitioning to clean energy reduces environmental pollution, fosters energy independence—especially in light of geopolitical challenges such as dependence on Russian energy—and contributes to a greener future.
This initiative is closely tied to one of the key pillars of our Erasmus+ accreditation—harmony with nature. By constructing and experimenting with wind and solar energy models, students deepened their understanding of how clean energy works and its potential to mitigate climate change while promoting sustainability.
Beyond scientific exploration, the activities also reinforced team spirit and collaboration. Working together to assemble the wind turbines and solar bugs, students practiced problem-solving, critical thinking, and cooperation, all essential skills for building a more sustainable world.
Through these activities, students not only gained technical knowledge but also became more aware of their role in shaping a future powered by clean energy. This hands-on experience proved that renewable energy is not just a concept—it’s an achievable, necessary step toward environmental responsibility and energy security.
